Website & estimator terms

Fix My Attic Vent is a service of My Family Roofer. Website calculators provide preliminary educational estimates for homeowners considering attic and solar ventilation improvements. They are not a roof report, code-compliance determination, engineering design, inspection or offer to install a specified system.

Address lookup uses Google Maps Platform where data is available. Footprint measurements may differ from the area of a ventilated attic. Confirm the property and area before relying on an estimate. Product ratings, actual intake, attic layout, sunlight and local requirements affect the final recommendation.

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

Results are not guaranteed. Do not use calculator results alone to modify a roof or ventilation system. Request an inspection to confirm suitable options. Submitting contact information is not a confirmed appointment; complete the separate scheduling step.
